RETURNS POLICY

  • All of our items are made to order, so we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
     

  • If your item is damaged in transit, we are happy to provide a replacement. To process this, we will require photographic evidence of the damage, including both the item and the packaging/box it was shipped in.
     

  • Please note: we do not cover or replace any broken parts caused by removal from sprues or damage incurred after delivery.
     

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review the photos on our website to ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing before placing an order.
     

  • Customers must also be aware that all of our models are 3D printed (not injection moulded). As such, a degree of finishing work (such as filling and sanding) will be required before painting or assembly.

  • Any returns must be sent at the customer’s own cost. Refunds will only cover the price of the model itself and will not include the original postage costs.
     

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and must be received in their original condition and packaging for a refund to be issued.
